A Few Fun Pictures of Kelcey & Koen at Nonni's.

Here are a few fun pictures of Kelcey and Koen hanging out at Nonni's house. Kelcey has the fluffiest hair. Everyone asks what I do to get it too stand straight up. The answer is nothing. It stands up strait naturally.

Wild Rice and Chicken Soup (So Easy and So Good)

I hate to cook but this recipe is so easy and good.
2 chicken breats, cooked and diced
5 1/2 cups water or broth (I like to do half of each)
2 carrots, diced
1 cup onion, diced
2 stalks of celery, diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Rice a Roni, wild rice
1 envelope of boxed chicken noodle soup

Cook the broth, rice a roni and boxed noodle soup together for 10 minutes, add the vegetables and cook 10 minutes longer. Add cream of chicken soup and chicken and cook 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
